It is a kitchen knife of the Japanese style using Yasuki silver-3 steel sandwiched by Damascus steel from both side and forged by approved traditional craftsman, Mr. Suogo Yamatsuka, which has wonderful sharpness and is easy care for. Its wave on the surface of the knife is beautiful. The Damascus steel is the rare steel material, which are mostly used for high-quality custom knife. This is for professional but also for family use (Santoku and Petty knife recommended)
